To properly manage when I require my actors for filming I, with them, have arranged appropriate times for both me and them to film the required shots. I have then placed the information into the table below for my own organisation and reference.

by creating this schedule I now have an organised way of knowing when and where shoot, but also if necessary when I am able to use my main actor.
